Wipe schedule

- Force wipe: first Thursday of the month, 19:00 London / 20:00 CET
What we changed
- Upkeep costs 25% of normal
- Locked crates open in 5 minutes
- Helicopters do not decay indoors
- Power plant fuses never burn out
- No auto turret limit
- Deep sea: open all day, any vehicle
- Tea effects stay after death
Everything else is vanilla: rates, loot, crafting, blueprints, teams up to 8.
